The following vaccines are recommended.

• Hepatitis A
• Polio
• Varicella (chickenpox)

These vaccines are required childhood immunizations. If you already received the vaccine, please provide dates of immunization. A significant number of our students travel during the year and many undergraduate students continue on to graduate school. Information from these immunizations will help us plan your travel vaccine needs appropriately and fill out health forms from other universities correctly and in a timely basis.
