All documents (e.g. immunization records, chest-ray report, laboratory tests results) submitted should be in English. Please do not forward x-ray films to the health center.

If you take medications, talk with your physician to translate the drug into English or at least know the class of drug in English.

If you have had a TB skin test, Caltech requires Mantoux test. Tinne Test results are not acceptable.
