When you come into the health center (whether on a walk-in or appointment basis) a sign in book is located at the front desk. Please print your name legibly and indicate if you are an undergraduate (UG) or graduate student (G). Please be seated and one of the clinicians will call you.

A word on waiting....students may not always be seen in the order in which they sign in because emergency or urgent conditions are handled immediately. Also, some students may have signed in who have an appointment at a specific time and are not a walk-in patient.

If you have an appointment with any of the clinicians, please inform the front office who your appointment is with.

The health center is concerned about your safety and exposure to any biohazard materials. Shoes and shirts are required in the health center. If needed, the health center staff will ask students to put on disposable shoes prior to entering the clinical area.

For health reasons, pets are not allowed inside the health center.
