For International Students
All documents (e.g.
immunization records, laboratory results and chest-x ray report) should be in
English. Do not forward any x-ray films to the health center.
If you take any medications,
talk with your physician and have the medicine translated into English or
indicate the generic name or class of drug in English. This will assist the
staff of the Student Health Center when you ask for refills or substitution of
an equivalent or similar drug in the United States.
